A Mad Men Inspired Season

Over the last few years, fashion has seen a  rise in the popularity of 1960's inspired lady like fashions. Early 1960's full skirts were spotted all over spring runways.
Canela by Hush Puppies appears to be making its homage to this time period with dainty, lady like shoes and sandals. Betty Draper from Mad Men might have been a muse for some of the collections.

Selecting a trend right theme for this years fashion week, Anna Sui set the stage with a sea of fresh faced beauties.

Having been inspired by The Ballets Russes exhibition at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London, the designers creative take on 1960's London made for a memorable show.

Ornate costume, paisley prints, school girl frocks and array of beautiful, bright suede Hush Puppies walked the NewYork stage with style and poise.

Anna Sui, well known for her vivid, cheerful designs has created a global fashion, cosmetics, accessories and fragrance empire. A graduate of the Parsons school of Design in New York, Sui has been a Hush Puppies fan since the early 1990's. Having used our colorful classics in a spring 1995 fashion show, a 2012 collaboration with Hush Puppies will debut on a New York Fashion Week  runway tonight at 6pm EST!
